1119 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 1119 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1119 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1119 platform.
This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. 1119 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and to suspend any account found to be non-compliant.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 1119 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 1119 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in your account verification being rejected or your existing account being suspended.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 1119 support team.
- 1119 recommends using a strong password and changing it regularly to keep your account secure.
- You must contact the support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
The 1119 platform uses encryption protocols to protect your personal data and transaction information. However, you are also required to take reasonable precautions on your end to maintain the security of your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 1119 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any form of fraud, identity impersonation, or illegal activity.
- Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious code through the platform.
- Using any automation software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or transactions.
- Attempting to bypass or compromise the platform's security systems.
- Engaging in any activity that may compromise the integrity of games or the experience of other users.
1119 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 1119 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
Supported payment methods include, but are not limited to, local bank transfers, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other officially supported online payment methods. The list of available payment methods is subject to change at the discretion of 1119 management.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
- Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, depending on the selected method and your account's verification status.
- 1119 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for security or compliance review purposes, particularly for transactions showing unusual activity.
- Any attempt to commit financial fraud, money laundering, or manipulation of the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and belong to them. 1119 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by the user.
Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
The 1119 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 1119 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, or technical errors.
1119 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any terms set out in this document.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or match manipulation.
- Failure to complete the account verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
- Prolonged inactivity in accordance with the platform's current policy.
If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of the investigation.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 1119 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, gaming software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 1119 or its respective licensors, and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to:
- Copying, redistributing, or reproducing any platform content without prior written consent.
- Using the 1119 name, logo, or brand for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without prior approval.
- Decompiling or reverse engineering any software or code used on the platform.
The 1119 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 1119 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Use of any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1119 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
Continued use of the 1119 platform after any amendments to the terms are published will be considered full acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should cease using the platform and close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 1119 platform shall be resolved through the applicable legal procedures in Malaysia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
